....State of Uttar Pradesh; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 30.41 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 1375(E) dated 29th August, 2006; AND, WHEREAS, M/s.
