....The regulator amends the Portfolio Managers Regulations to replace regulation 20(xi) with a reference to Schedule IV, revise regulation 22(3) to require portfolio managers to provide a Board-specified Disclosure Document and a Form C certificate per Schedule I to clients before entering agreements, and to delete Schedule V; the amendments take effect on publication in the Official Gazette.....
