....A nationwide rollout will make filing Sea Departure Manifest (SDM) and Sea Departure Notification (SDN) mandatory at all Indian seaports effective 26 August 2025, following phased implementation begun 29 April 2025 and prior mandatory status at major ports; stakeholders are advised of training and query sessions (including an online session on 22 August 2025), to follow Message Implementation Guidelines and SCMTR advisories for correct data formats and structures, and to seek technical assistance from the designated DG Systems/ICEGATE support teams for timely resolution of implementation issues.....
