The Supreme Court, with Hon'ble The Chief Justice and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay K presiding, considered a special leave petition. Counsel for the petitioner requested permission to withdraw the petition. The Court accordingly "dismissed the special leave petition as withdrawn." No respondent appeared.

Seeking permission for withdrawal of present special leave petition - adjudication of composite SCN - it was held by High Court that 'Since the Impugned Order is an appealable order, the Petitioners are free to file their appeal challenging the said order.' - HELD THAT:- In view of the statement made, the special leave petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
