The purpose is to curb the menace of fake registrations resulting in claim and passing on of irregular or fraudulent input tax credit. The process of amendment to rules, issue of relevant notification and procurement of hardware devices required for the purpose is underway. In this context, it is pertinent to mention here that, the bio-metric based Aadhaar authentication includes - i.
