....The Central Government, under the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988, has amended the 2018 notification designating Special Courts. The amendments replace the courts specified for certain jurisdictions: the Court of XII Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, now replaces the previous designation at serial number 5, and the Special Court (Communal Riots), Jaipur, replaces the previous designation at serial number 21. These changes were made in consultation with the Chief Justice of the respective High Courts.....
