It is material to note that the said direction was issued in the backdrop of earlier orders passed by this court. The above captioned writ petition was listed for the first time on 28.03.2022 before a co-ordinate bench of this court. This is evident from the letter dated 07.12.2022 addressed to the warehoused M/s Adani Logistics Park. A copy of another letter indicating the above was also addressed to the authorised representative of the petitioner. 11. We express our displeasure on a manner in which the respondents have proceeded. There has been no clarity on the part of the concerned officer of the respondents in regard to warehousing the goods in question.
