....The Central Government exercised powers under section 4(1) of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and rule 8 of the SEZ Rules 2006 to de-notify 20.234 hectares from the IT SEZ originally established for Developer at Village Tigariya Badshah and Bada Bangarda, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The original notification dated March 13, 2013 covered 52.643 hectares. Following Developer's proposal, State Government approval, and Development Commissioner's recommendation, the de-notification reduces the SEZ area to 32.409 hectares. The de-notified land comprises specific survey numbers across both private and government land parcels, with the Central Government satisfied that all statutory requirements under section 3(8) were fulfilled for the partial de-notification.....
