....HC dismissed the writ petition challenging an ex-parte demand order of Rs. 33,68,140/-. Despite arguments of procedural impropriety and violation of natural justice, the court found that sufficient opportunities were provided to the petitioner. The HC directed the petitioner to file an appeal under Section 107 of CGST Act by 15th July, 2025, with a stipulation that the appellate authority shall hear the matter on merits if the prescribed pre-deposit is made within the specified timeframe.
