....The MCA issued an amendment to the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2025, effective 14 July 2025. The amendment replaces existing Form No. MGT-7, MGT-7A, and MGT-15 with new e-forms. The amendment is made under sections 469(1) and 469(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, exercising powers of the Central Government to modify administrative procedural rules governing corporate management.
