...., the facts of the case are that the appellant is a company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956. It is engaged in the business of manufacture and export of Toys. The return of income for the assessment year 2007-2008 was originally filed on 23rd October, 2007. The same was revised on 24.11.2007 and again it was revised on 22.02.2008 showing taxable income at Nil, after claiming deduction u/s. 10B of the Income-tax Act, 1961 ("the Act").
