.....03.2023 passed under section 147 r.w.s. 144B of the Income Tax Act, 1961 [hereinafter referred to as "the Act"] by the Assessing Officer [hereinafter referred to as "AO"]. Facts of the Case: 2. The assessee is an individual engaged in trading of wheat, rice, and food items. For the A.Y. 2018-19, the original return of income was filed u/s. 139(4) of the Act on 28.01.2019 declaring income of Rs.3,96,590/-. Subsequently, a notice u/s 148A(b) of the Act was issued on 23.03.2022 to initiate reassessment proceedings.
