....The GoI imposed countervailing duty (CVD) on textured tempered glass imports from Vietnam for five years. The Designated Authority found subsidized exports causing material injury to domestic industry. CVD rates are set at USD 593/MT for Flat (Vietnam) Co., Ltd and USD 664/MT for other producers. The duty will be calculated as the difference between landed value and reference price, with anti-dumping duties also considered. The CVD applies to glass with specific technical characteristics, primarily used in solar applications, and becomes effective upon official gazette publication.....
