The AO, has infact, made enquiry from the transport agencies and found no error in the transportation of goods carried out and therefore, did not discuss this aspect in the assessment order. The Ld. These judgements have been rendered in the context of applicability of s. 69C of the Act which deals with nature and source of payment of expenditure.
