The assessment was framed by AO of NFAC, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "AO" u/s 143(3) r.w.s. 144B of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred as "the Act") vide his order dated 28.09.2021 for AY 2019-20.
