Briefly stated facts of the present case are that the appellant during the material period was engaged in the manufacture of Quartz Analog Wrist Watch Movements falling under Chapter Sub-Heading No. 91 of the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 under a valid central excise registration. The appellant was availing Cenvat Credit on the inputs to be used in or in relation to the manufacture of their finished products.
