.... namely: - 1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2024. 2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette: Provided that the sub-regulation (2) of regulation 3 of these regulations shall come into force on the sixtieth day from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 3.
