....This notification from the Ministry of Finance authorizes HDB Financial Services Limited, a reporting entity under the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002, to perform Aadhaar authentication for the purposes of section 11A of the Act. The Central Government has granted this permission after being satisfied that HDB Financial Services Limited will comply with privacy and security standards under the Aadhaar Act, 2016.
