....The notification appoints Shri Manoj Govil as the Chairperson and Shri Neeraj Nigam as a Member of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority, both ex officio. It further appoints Shri Praveen Garg, Smt. Meenakshi Sharma, Shri Dhirendra Kumar, and Smt. Veni Thapar as Members of the Authority. The notification amends the earlier Notification No. S.O. 1647 (E) dated 5th May, 2016, which had appointed the previous Chairperson and Members. It is issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs under the Companies Act, 2013, and the relevant Rules.....
