The learned CIT (A) accepted the contention of the assessee for estimating 5% profit on gross contract receipts, however, directed the Assessing Officer to verify the claim of the assessee of gross contract receipt of Rs. 22,31,24,260/- based on Form 26AS filed for the relevant A.Y and any other relevant documents.
