.... ****** This Public Notice is with regard to the decision taken in PTFC Meeting held on 09.07.2024 on Waiver of late fee due to transmission of EPCG and DEEC (Advance Authorisation) Licence in ICEGATE System. 2. On the account of Non-transmission of 55 nos of EPCG and DEEC (Advance Authorisation) Licences(List is enclosed herewith) online from DGFT to ICEGATE system, the trade was facing difficulties in filing Bills of entry from 26th June 2024 to 6th July 2024 and the same was rectified by ICES on 07.07.2024. 3. Considering the difficulties faced by the trade in filing bills of entries against these Licenses during the said period, it is decided to waive off Late Fee for the Bills of Entry filed with the above mentioned License....
