....Notification amends Notification No. 2/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28th June, 2017 by inserting proviso to Explanation clause (ii) exempting supply of agricultural farm produce in packages containing quantity exceeding 25 kilograms or 25 litres from being considered as pre-packaged and labelled under Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and rules thereunder. Amendment comes into force from 15th July, 2024.....
