....Import of potatoes under ITC (HS) code 07019000 from Bhutan is permitted freely without any license until June 30, 2027, as per the amendment notified by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, in exercise of powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with relevant provisions of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023. The existing policy condition, which allowed duty-free import of potatoes from Bhutan until June 30, 2024, has been revised.....
