....The High Court addressed a refund claim regarding provisional release of seized betelnuts u/s 110A of the Customs Act 1962. The Court previously directed the respondent to provide an acceptable refund amount, which was not received. Consequently, the Court ordered the respondent to refund Rs. 60 Lakhs to the petitioner within 8 weeks upon proof of identity. Failure to comply would result in interest at 12% per annum.
