....The Ministry of Finance issues Notification imposing anti-dumping duty on Easy open ends of tin plate from China PR. The authority found dumped prices causing injury to domestic industry. The duty is imposed under Customs Tariff Act for 5 years. Duty amount is $741 per lakh pieces in USD. Scope excludes certain dimensions and materials. Duty payable in Indian currency. Exchange rate determined at bill of entry date. The duty applies unless modified earlier.....
