....The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) issued a Master Circular for Stock Brokers on May 22, 2024, consolidating previous circulars. The new circular supersedes the one dated May 17, 2023, and includes all relevant circulars up to March 31, 2024. Rescinded circulars' provisions are deemed to be under the new Master Circular. Any pending applications or actions under the old circulars are now considered under the new provisions. The circular was issued u/s 11(1) of the SEBI Act, 1992.....
