They did not discharge Service Tax on the excess amount collected from the clients. The Department was of the view that the said amount is liable to Service Tax. The Show Cause Notice dated 25.02.2013 was issued to the appellant proposing to demand Service Tax on excess amount collected to the tune of Rs.85,035/-.
