I find that Hon'ble Apex Court's decision in the case of Sandvik Asia Ltd. - 2006 (196) ELT 257, relied upon by the various judgments cited by the appellants, is distinguishable on the facts that in the case of Sandvik Asia, the refund was granted inordinately in a delayed manner i.e. after 20 years. 6.
