On investigation, the driver of the vehicle disclosed his name as Krishna Kumar and the other person sitting in the car disclosed his name as Dharamveer. Shri Dharamveer in his statement dated 24-7-2006 stated that he purchased the vehicle from one Shri Gurvinder Singh of Sonepat. After hearing both the sides and on perusal of the records, it is seen from the order that Shri Dharamveer in his statement dated 24-7-2006 admitted that on 23-7-2006 with the help of Shri Mayala of Nepal and driver, Shri Krishna Kumar, he concealed the charas in the cavity of the car by affixing Rexin and departed for Rohtak.
