....llenge correctness of CIT(A)'s order reversing Assessing Officer's action deleting share capital / share application money of Rs.8,00,000/-, Rs.1,72,41,870 in former and latter case of Rs.10,43,47,500 and Rs.4,43,47,500/- (assessment year-wise); respectively vide following detailed discussion:- "4.2 I have considered the submissions made by the appellant before me. I have also perused the assessment order as well as the remand report sent by the Assessing Officer on this issue. In his remand report the Assessing Officer has simply stated that the addition was made on the basis of findings recorded in the assessment order. He has further stated that he has no objection to the admission of any fresh or additional evidence if it is considered to be relevant for disposal of the issue.
