Dispute arose as post grant of Occupation Certificate, the Defendant raised a demand vide letter dated 15 July 2022 calling upon the Plaintiff to pay an amount of Rs.7,97,840/- towards GST. A demand was also made to pay other charges, like share money, society registration charges, electric meter/water meter and proportional development charges. In the said letter, it was informed that the Defendant had obtained occupation certificate from the Municipal Corporation. 3.
