It is pointed out that on completion of period of three months from the date of order dated 02.03.2022, the respondent authority has recovered an amount of Rs. 46 lakh and thereafter on 04.07.2022 the petitioner preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority under Section 107 of the Act.
