.... Regulations, 1993, namely: - 1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023. 2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette: Provided that insertion of clauses (a) and (b) to paragraph 1AA of Schedule II shall always deemed to have been included in paragraph 1AA from December 8, 2016. 3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents) Regulations, 1993, in Schedule II, paragraph 1AA shall be substituted with the following paragraph, namely:- "1AA.
