....ssee filed return of income on 23.09.2012 showing total income of Rs.39,290/-. The return was processed u/s 143(1) of the Act on 02.01.2014. Later on an order of assessment u/s 143(3) of the Act was passed on 04.03.2015. We have given a very careful consideration to the rival submissions.
