....Demand of Customs Duty - goods allegedly pilfered from Customs Area bonded premises - bonded warehoused goods - The packages were admittedly opened for the first time by the Police Officer, wherein the packing material was found instead of ‘Nutritional Supplements’ as purportedly imported.
