A/3081 to 3084/WZB/AHD/07, dated 18-12-2007 and in appeal No. E/1833/2006 (Final Order No. A/70/WZB/AHD/08, dated 15-1-2008 [2008 (224) E.L.T. 464 (T)]. 6.1 We have carefully considered the submissions from both sides. We find that the Naphtha, furnace oil have been used for the purpose of generating electricity. That two types of generators viz, gas turbine generator or steam turbine generator have been used is of no significance. In either case, the intention is to produce electricity.
