....ll Private Limited submitted that the Financial Creditor had filed a petition under section 7 of the IBC against the Corporate Debtor, which was heard and admitted on 16th March, 2020. It is further submitted that vide the said order, the Applicant was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional.
