....or the Assessment Year 2013 - 2014 u/s.143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, (hereinafter 'the Act') vide order dated 31.03.2016. 2. The only issue raised by the Revenue in this appeal is against the order of the CIT(A) in holding that once the Assessee is assessed u/s.44AD of the Act and that he fulfilled the conditions, no addition can be made. For this, the Revenue has raised the following grounds, as under: "2.1. Brief facts are that the Assessee is a dealer in home appliances and filed his return of income by declaring income at Rs. 4,98,560/- on the total turnover of Rs. 60,87,980/-. Apart from that the Assessee has received interest income of Rs. 2,09,084/-.
