The Tribunal then referred to the conditions to be satisfied for claiming depreciation u/s. 32 of the I.T. Act and held that the assessee has made out his entitlement to claim depreciation at 100%. Thus, the main point which came for consideration before us is whether the depreciation at 100% is allowable under the rules as amended in respect of the assets acquired long before the previous year but used in the previous year.
