....Addition on account of sale of sale of jeera bag - CIT(A) deleted the additions by holding that the assessee only earned commission income in such sale - in the commission offered to tax by the assessee, as such no any enquiry carried out from the parties to assessee claimed to have sold goods on commission basis.
