The facts, in brief, are that Company was incorporated on 12.08.2013 with CIN: U45209TG2013PTC089606, as a Private Limited Company to do, inter alia, all kinds of contract works as labour contracts, manpower supply, construction and civil works contracts, industrial machinery erection and installations. 3. It is noted that company has failed to file returns since its incorporation, 2010 which prompted RoC, Hyderabad, to strike off the name of such company from its Register of Companies. 11. On perusal of the balance sheet for the year ended on 31.03.2020, it is noted that the company has share capital of Rs. 100,000/-; cash and cash equivalents is Rs. 59,355/-.
