....eafter, all the Petitioners filed their respective replies before the Adjudicating Authority, on the basis of whatever record/ documents that were available, and whatever they could decipher on their own. Hearings were then conducted before the Adjudicating Authority, against which there are large number of grievances which have been canvassed by the Petitioners. 4.
