Thereafter, all the Petitioners filed their respective replies before the Adjudicating Authority, on the basis of whatever record/ documents that were available, and whatever they could decipher on their own. Hearings were then conducted before the Adjudicating Authority, against which there are large number of grievances which have been canvassed by the Petitioners. 4. In sum and substance, the grievance of the Petitioners is multifold - including that the ED did not proceed in accordance with the statutory provisions including Section 60 while conducting the Search & seizure operations as also before issuing orders under Section 17.
