In the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Regulations, 1998,- (1) in regulation 10, sub-regulations (2) and (3) shall be omitted; (2) after regulation 10, the following regulations shall be inserted, namely:- "10A. Surrender of registration.-(1) An Authorised Courier may surrender the registration through an application in writing to the Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs who has granted the registration, as the case may be.
