The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court for the purposes of quashing the notices dated 18.02.2021 issued to her under Section 153A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (for short 'the Act') for the assessment years 2012-13 and 2013-14. 3.
