....by him that the alleged invoices are not supported by any lorry receipts to confirm transportation of any materials by the Operational Creditor. It is submitted by him that the Petitioner with malafide intention created false documents and filed the present petition. It is further submitted by him that all the three invoices appear to be generated on 25.07.2016, 01.08.2016 and 09.09.2016 and are barred by limitation.
