A close look at the scheme of the EOU, gives an understanding that the scheme places on reliance of the value of exports and not the quantities. Therefore, positive NFE being achieved, the appellants are within their rights to avail the facility of DTA clearance in terms of Para 6.8 of FTP. - AT....
