....n the second CoC meeting held on September 16, 2019 it was informed in the meeting that there are no chance of revival of the corporate debtor company. The following resolution was passed : "Resolved that, the corporate debtor may be liquidated as the corporate debtor does not have any prospects resolution or revival." 7. Hence, the CoC in its second meeting held on September 16, 2019 unanimously passed a resolution for liquidating the company.
