Thereafter, after complying with all the suggestions of the stakeholders, the management under the guidance of Respondent No.8 was not up to the mark as expected by the petitioners, and the Respondent No.2 to 7 violated the decisions agreed by the promoters and stakeholders not to interfere with the day to day administration of the Company.
