As soon as the accused-applicant is discharged from the AIIMS New Delhi, he shall surrender before the designated Court forthwith. 7.1 Director, AIIMS, New Delhi is directed to constitute a team of experts considering the medical report of the accused mentioned in para 1 (supra) and, provide the requisite medical treatment to him and, discharge him as soon as he is fit to be lodged in prison. The Director, AIIMS, New Delhi shall send the medical report of the accused to Registrar of this Court after he is examined by the team of experts.
