But quite apart from this, there is a fatal defect in the order complained of. The original charge sheet mentions a series of charges (carelessness, corruption and loss of Government money). These charges must be read with the particulars contained in the report of the Deputy Financial Adviser (Annexure B) which again contains numerous headings.
